Beetroot and Goat's Cheese Salad Crisps have been with us a while, but recently the recipe has had some changes. The feedback we had was that that the beetroot flavour was a little too strong, so we added in some apple to give a bit of a sweeter taste to it. The balance of earthiness with sweetness is total perfection - even if we do say so ourselves!


Packed full of fresh and dried ingredients that you would usually add to a salad, they nutrition and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

Red lentils, beetroot (14%), Greek yogurt (milk), goat's cheese (milk) (7%), apples, hazelnuts (nuts), dried beetroot slices (2%), psyllium seed husk, za’atar [sesame seeds, thyme, sumac, salt], sesame seeds, garlic, salad onions, chilli flakes, salt.
